Lotus Precision Coating is a quality paint shop located in Sherwood Oregon. Established in 1995 our company is experienced in working with all types of plastics,metals,castings, and fiberglass parts for our customers.We are experienced in working with powder coating,wet paint and also silkscreening.Lotus Precision Coating specializes in working on products such as medical,dental,electronic and telecommunications. Our coatings are specific to you're requirments listed on your drawings or blueprints.Most commonly used types of paint is polyurethane enamel , as well as water based paints and electrodrag/EMI shield for plastic parts. We use Akzo-Nobel , Dupont , Sherwin Williams and Cardinal paint for our wet application. In powder coating we use Cardinal , Dupont and Sherwin Williams. And we use Epoxy ink for our silkscreening. All metals that will be painted will go through multi-metal iron phosphate as our pre-treatment processes. Our finishes are smooth or textured depending on our customers specifications.We are well experienced in many varieties of powder coating applications such as polyester, urethane,epoxy and hybrid.To ensure having a quality product we have three seperate spacious booths for each specific job. We have a large booth for powder coating, and two booths for our wet paint. We also have a large eight by nine feet and ten feet deep curing oven enough to accomodate large parts.
